WCD Enterprises, Inc. Wichita Caddo Delaware Enterprises, Inc.

The Wichita, Caddo and Delaware Tribes met with the United States Department of the Interior - Bureau of Indian Affairs, February 2, 1973, to come to an agreement regarding the lease on Wichita-Caddo-Delaware lands. From this agreement, the WCD Enterprises, Inc. was formed.


The purpose of this agreement is to give WCD enterprises, Inc. the right to construct, maintain, and operate an office park and/or light industrial park, including the construction of buildings, roads, streets, and utilities and other structures and appurtenances as are necessary for the operation of an office park and/or light industrial purposes. This agreement also gives WCD  Enterprises, Inc. The right to sublease, without further approval, any of the premises and any improvements. Any sublease shall be consistent with the purposes and intent of the Articles of Incorporation of WCD Enterprises, Inc., and the provisions of the lease between BIA and Wichita, Caddo and Delaware Tribes.
